Virtual Training Projects (VTPs) are adaptive and customized enrichment programs that take participants through accelerated digitized versions of previously completed real-life projects with 1-on-1 support from domain experts. MindsOf Initiative has partnered with Milrd to offer these projects to students of Minds Of Jamaica and other underrepresented minority students.

College and High School Students can explore new careers, professional domains and potential courses of study within the sciences.
