About Minds Of Initiative
Our Mission
The MindsOf Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on empowering the next generation of professionals from the Caribbean and underrepresented communities. We raise funds and develop technology to support our two main initiatives: Minds of Jamaica and Minds of Trinidad and Tobago. Through these platforms, we provide mentorship opportunities, career planning resources, and networking for students and young adults across a variety of career interests.
Our mission is to highlight unique professionals in our communities and foster mentor-mentee relationships to inspire and guide the next generation. We strive to develop an empowered and reformed Caribbean, where youth can find their true passions and specialize in diverse fields.

By providing mentorship, career guidance, and technological resources, we aim to equip the next generation of Caribbean leaders with the knowledge and support they need to achieve their dreams and drive positive change in their communities.
